Everything went smoothly until the actual moment the house was definitely sold, as we had to chase after whether it had been sold or not. Their knowledge of the market was very good and they tried their best to get a realistic price. We were kept informed about visits by potential buyers and any reactions. A full set of 10's would have been achieved apart from the first point.
