Sterke punten: Coco is een fantastische makelaar en zou ik aan iedereen aanraden! Ze heeft ons huis heel goed verkocht en bleek in alle adviezen gelijk te hebben: ze weet echt waar ze het over heeft. Daarnaast werkt ze hard, stond altijd voor ons klaar en neemt alles uit handen. We hoefden ons nergens zorgen om te maken. En ze is naast heel professioneel ook een heel fijn persoon dus het was fijn met haar werken. De perfecte makelaar!.

And with us travelling and being on different time zones, she still managed to answer all our questions promptly. We would highly recommend her to anyone selling their property. .

Sterke punten: The worst experience in my life. The took my money they provided zero values. I moved into the apartment with so much issues. The suppose to provide minimum inspection but the whole service was joke. Not competent stuff as well..

Sterke punten: As an expat to the Netherlands, I bought in the height of the market in 2021 when it was the unfathomable experience of bidding wars. After searching for 6 months and numerous failed bids, we bought our 'penthouse in the sky'. After renovating the flat to a beautiful standard and unfortunately being moved by my company unexpectedly, we decided to put the flat on the market and had a successful sale for someone else to enjoy the property.
