My agent was outplayed by sell agent (that lied about the bids).

Verbeterpunten: I presume, that I overpaid for the house that I've bought. The sell agent lied about that they already have an offer of asked price, so under this pressure we overbit non existing offer. So I paid to agency a lot of money (around 8k) to save some, but paid more in the end..

She helped me identify a neighborhood that met my needs, attend viewings while I was in the states and either video call me live or send me a video afterwards, submit offers, negotiate, assist with signing the contract, and helping me get connected to my utilities. If you are an expat coming to Amsterdam I strongly advise using Alexandra. A top notch experience..
