Het hele proces werd goed voorbereid, er werd duidelijk gecommuniceerd, de makelaar was goed bereikbaar, alert en attent. Bij de verkoop van ons appartement deed zich een bijzonderheid voor, maar dat werd goed onderzocht en uitgezocht. Alsnog veel dank.

We have worked with Keizerskroon Makelaars 3 times (1 × to buy, twice to sell), more specifically with Douwe Sijsma. Our experience has been extremely positive: the service provided was professional and knowledgeable; the contact and communucation was friendlyband even fun. My agent was outplayed by sell agent (that lied about the bids)

I presume, that I overpaid for the house that I've bought. The sell agent lied about that they already have an offer of asked price, so under this pressure we overbit non existing offer. So I paid to agency a lot of money (around 8k) to save some, but paid more in the end.

I am an American that moved to Amsterdam and used Alexandra van Dedem as a broker to find me an apartment. The experience was amazing! She helped me identify a neighborhood that met my needs, attend viewings while I was in the states and either video call me live or send me a video afterwards, submit offers, negotiate, assist with signing the contract, and helping me get connected to my utilities. If you are an expat coming to Amsterdam I strongly advise using Alexandra. A top notch experience.
