Do not use this agency as long as Stephan Roes (one of the brokers) is working here. I had a really bad experience with him. He is not professional.

Effizient, sehr freundlich und kompetent: eine sehr positive Erfahrung.

Schon der erste Kontakt mit der Agentur war sehr positiv. Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen. Da ich im Ausland lebe, hat Marlous alle Besichtigungen für mich übernommen. Sie war sehr objektiv, fachkundig, sehr sympathisch und jederzeit für meine Fragen und Wünsche da. Es war eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung und super Zusammenarbeit in einer ganz entspannten Atmosphäre. In relativ kurzer Zeit haben wir genau das richtige Objekt für mich gefunden. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und bedanke mich ganz herzlich, natürlich auch für die kompetente und freundliche Übergabe und Begleitung durch Stephan.

We had a very bad experience with the broker Stephan Roes. Didn’t read the documents properly. Absolutely not worth the huge amount that we paid. We would not recommend this agency and this broker in particular.
