I’ve found Annas Vastgoed randomly, while going through hundreds of different apartments.
I was invited to quite a few meetings, but Annas stood out kept things simple and professional from the start.
During the visiting of the house, he explained the process thoroughly, leaving very little space for questions. The process of tenants’ interview, selection, documents screening and finalization went very smoothly. Annas was also able to show his knowledge about the apartment and the surrounding areas. No surprises, everything was as straightforward as it gets.The cherry on top was also helping with selecting a company which looks for the best deals for apartment’s utilities. The man also answers any questions after signing the contract. Class S makelaar with Class S apartment from my point of view. Highly recommend.
