Be careful with the work here, especially when they sends you to bakker warehouse. at the beginning they give you a planning for two months and you will see that you have to come to work almost every weekend. Working on 3 shifts. There is no bonus for working on saturday. It sometimes happens that the agency plans 9 days without a day of rest and it is difficult to come to an agreement with them about a change, and when you want to work more days of your own free will, they say that it is not possible. same with overtimes. you have to adapt. In my opinion, their behavior is simply rude and salary low.

Weâre sorry to hear that youâve had this experience. We searched for your details in our system, but we couldnât find a direct match.We would really like to resolve this, because things like a healthy work-life balance and correct shift premiums like Saturday pay are very important to us at Kobus.
We also want to share that everyone who joins Kobus has an intake and receives their schedules in advance. This is meant to give clarity about the shifts and salary in line with the AGF CAO. It seems there may have been a misunderstanding. Weâd love to explain everything personally if youâd like.
