Jacco from Metropol Makelaardij provided great service to us as our buying agent. As first-time home buyers in the Netherlands and not speaking Dutch, we knew we needed some personal help. Indeed we realize, having gone through the entire process, that no two deals are the same.

In our case our main problem was time from winning the bid to signing the contract. Jacco connected us with a speedy technical inspection, worked with the seller to organize some extra checks we wanted to make, answered our questions, and also pressed us when time was critical but also gave us the time to think when deadlines were more relaxed. It was also helpful to have him carry out all the negotiations and discussions with the seller.

We highly recommend working with Jacco. You never know what surprises will come up on your search, and he was a helpful and flexible advisor by our side.
