We had a viewing appointment today, but they didn’t open the door. I saw people inside, but they ignored us. I took time off work to be there on time and even called them, but nothing changed. The least they could’ve done was show some respect and ask us to wait. Worst experience ever.

We were able to quickly arrange a viewing for you (within 12 hours) at your request. We regret that it turned out this way; the previous viewing ran a little late due to circumstances, and the doorbell was not heard inside. Unfortunately, by the time we opened the door and spoke to our colleague in the office, you had already left. Perhaps you could have knocked. We completely disagree with this review and can assure you that this is certainly not how we work. We wish you every success in finding a home that meets your requirements.
