Sinds 2014 heb ik meerdere mal....

Sterke punten: Sinds 2014 heb ik meerdere malen een woning verhuurd via Lighthouse Property Services. Het contact met zowel Renée als met Alison verloopt erg prettig. Ik woon zelf in het buitenland en kan dus potentiële huurders niet zelf ontmoeten, maar ik leg het zoeken van een huurder met een gerust hart in hun handen. Voor mijn gevoel hebben ze een goede mensenkennis waarmee ze goed in kunnen schatten of de potentiële huurders mensen zijn die ik graag in mijn woning wil hebben. Ik kan hun service dan ook zeker aanbevelen..

We live overseas and when our tenants gave their notice, Lighthouse were very quick to respond and put the property back up for rent. It was very reassuring to know that it was in their hands. They understand how much we still value our property and are less concerned with finding new tenants as quickly as possible, and more concerned with finding the right tenants for us. The transition from old to new tenant was handled very smoothly. We will continue to use them in the future..
