Sterke punten: We are an extremely satisfied and longstanding client of Lighthouse. We have let our house in Aerdenhout for over 16 years via them. We recently decided to sell our Aerdenhout property and had to choose a real estate broker in Aerdenhout/Bloemendaal. We asked several NVM makelaars and also Lighthouse, due to our longstanding good relationship. One thing we quickly found out in our selling process is that you should NOT get fooled by the NVM quality mark. We experienced that some well known local NVM "quality" real estate brokers that we contacted showed a laid back and uninterested attitude, did not even bother to call back or offered unrealistically low price estimates, sometimes even far below the WOZ value. So we let loyalty and rationality prevail in our choice for Lighthouse. And it paid off, what an outstanding experience it was. The ladies at Lighthouse are very knowledgeable, pro-active, hands-on, great communicators, energetic, nice and firm and have a realistic and very good market knowledge. They realized a far better transaction price for us than their competitors wanted to put up as initial asking price. Renee from Lighthouse managed the process very well and within tight deadlines. For us it is clear: if you want to rent/sell your property in the Bloemendaal/Aerdenhout region, Lighthouse is the place to go. They consistently delivered in those 16 years.
