Very friendly and professional and always available. Did not quite have knowledge of the local specificities/market. In that sense, I would recommend him for the Utrecht region. Otherwise, a local agent.

Barbara heeft samen met ons meerdere bezichtigingen gedaan. Ze is duidelijk en snel in haar communicatie en heeft ons goed advies gegeven wat betreft de biedingen. Na een lange zoektocht hebben we dankzij haar een prachtig huis gevonden!

Communication was clear, they helped us secure our house. Barbara was a great negotiator, friendly, fair and helped us arrange even the smaller details to ensure we got the conditions we wanted.

My wife and I are expats, and we met Barbara when we were viewing a house, and we were struck immediately by her friendliness, expertice and genuineness. After a few failed bids and with frustration mounting, we engaged her services to help us secure a home. Finding one we wanted wasn't the problem, it was learning all the things we had to take into consideration, who to call, what forms needed filling out, what to look for in a house and what to avoid, and above all - winning our bid. Well, we found a house we loved, and Barbara was able to do all the above. No more failed bids. Throughout the process she was proactive and responsive, answering the many naive questions we posed. I'm not sure how we could have managed without her - might have been doable, but it would have been MUCH more painful, I can tell you. Well worth the fairly priced fee.
