He helped us on any aspects you can think about when buying a house: (1) advises on the neighborhoods of Utrecht (2) advises on which houses we should look for in respect to our budget (3) advises on how to communicate with the owner and owner’s makellars – for example how to set an appropriated viewing (4) advises on how to set a winning bid appropriated to the current market (5) advises on all the administrative aspects.. Inspection report, Notary… Etc… Jannes gave us a very personalized service. Meaning that we were able to have a contact every day with Jannes during all the duration of house hunting. Each time we asked a question to Jannes we received an answer in less than one hour. Jannes was very empathic and when a decision needed to be made he exposed the pros and cons of the situation to help us making the right choice. In my experience it is very rare to have such an accommodating and performant service..
