We have bought our dream house with the help of Ronald from Felix, de Makelaar. Ronald helped us a lot and we felt very personalised approach from the day 1 to the very end of the process.
If we had any questions, Ronald would reply straight away.
Ronald also made this process a lot easier by finding financial advisor and notary for us, so we did not have to worry about that.

We totally recommend Felix, de Makelaar and Ronald if you want to find a perfect house with no stress!

Weet dat de verkoop van je woning een aantal records heeft gevestigd: op aantal bezichtigingen, biedingen, maar ook aan views op Funda. En wat heb je een mooi huis aangekocht op een prachtige plek. Je zoon zal hier ook vast heel gelukkig zijn. Ik wens je veel geluk en gezondheid in je nieuwe woning. Bedankt voor de hele fijne samenwerking.

Erg fijne samenwerking gehad met Ronald. Ik wilde een no-nonsense verkoopproces en Ronald had aan een half woord genoeg. Hij heeft alles perfect geregeld, adviseerde passend en hield het hoofd koel in een roerige afrondende fase. Een steun en toeverlaat.

Emoties kunnen een grote rol spelen in het verkoopproces. Zeker als het een erfstuk betreft waar meerder partijen een belang hebben. Dan was de woning ook nog een echte kluswoning. Kortom, een heleboel ingrediënten die de verkoop lastig zouden kunnen maken. Toch liep alles bijna vlekkeloos. Dank voor de prettige samenwerking. Blijf gezond.
