Be really careful when you deal with MTV Makelardij as well as any broker. More specifically:
Read a contract super carefully. Clarify any single word you might not completely understand. Better engage a lawyer and a mortgage advisor in this process.
Exclude any vague statements in your contract.
Before signing the contract, make sure that all the documents a bank would provide for the financial clause resolution are in acceptance with the brokers' requirements.
All verbal agreements must be confirmed by email in black and white.
Don’t move forward until you solve the current issue, only step-by-step work.
Record every phone conversation.
