Sterke punten: The case with the evidence has been reported to the municipality. They do not reply to advertisements from foreigners (I didn’t get ANY answer, when I sent it as a first with a polish sounding last name). When my partner wrote from an English-sounding name, he was asked about his nationality and after this information he never got an answer again despite the fact that he has a very high salary (on this case more than enough). A few days later I wrote from a Dutch account and almost without any questions (Frank) was ready to invite me to see the apartment and wrote back smoothly. Such practices are currently illegal and municipality agree with that, so they took action as well. I don’t recommend them..
