Professional at the start but upon termination of the lease Frank plays on the side of the landlord (notorious Mr Huizinga) and I only got half of my deposit back due to their ācreativeā interpretation of the notice period. Watch out!
Replying to Franks response;
We signed a rental contract for a minimum of 9 months with a 1 month notice period starting Jan 3rd. I gave notice on Sep 1 that I want to end it per Oct 3rd respecting all contractual agreements. landlord decided unilaterally to hold 1 extra month of my deposit and you support him because you donāt want to lose his business which is a shame.

Excellent service, I dealt with Mr Frank Reede who was helpful and efficient. I found through his agency a furnished studio available for a medium-term rental.
I will not hesitate to contact him again when my tenancy ends.
