We couldnât have asked for a better experience with Joren and Overspaern. Joren took his job incredibly seriously and genuinely treated our house as if it were his own. It wasnât the easiest market or the easiest house, but he and the team at Overspaern went above and beyond to get us to the finishing line.
Professional, committed and genuinely involved throughout. Weâre very grateful for all the work they put in and would absolutely recommend Joren and Overspaern.

Joren is precies het type makelaar dat je wilt hebben bij de grote, onzekere stappen die je zet tijdens een aan- en verkoopproces. Hij is realistisch en begripvol, maar ook deskundig en doortastend. Zijn bereikbaarheid en bereidwilligheid om altijd mee te denken maakten hem een enorme steun voor ons. Zou iedereen aanbevelen met hem en team Overspaern samen te werken!

I honestly don't think we could have asked for a better makelaar than Joren. He took his job incredibly seriously and genuinely treated our house as if it were his own. We weren't in the easiest market, and there were certainly some challenges with the house, but Joren and his team went above and beyond at every step to get us to the finishing line. What really stood out was the combination of professionalism, commitment and personal involvement. We always felt that he truly cared about getting the best possible outcome for us, rather than simply doing a job.
