Nienke heeft ons goed en vlot aan de juiste woning geholpen. Ze nam uitgebreid de tijd om advies te geven en dacht heel goed met ons mee. Ze is zeer doortastend en slim in het bieden. Sociaal gezien is ze ook heel sterk, zowel naar haar klanten als naar de collega's van de verkopende partijen. Ze is enthousiast en open-minded en houdt tegelijkertijd het hoofd koel. Wij bevelen haar ten zeerste aan!

Over heel Overspaern ben ik erg tevreden, maar in het bijzonder Nienke omdat zij mij al meerdere keren heel goed en op een fijne manier heeft bijgestaan! Op een manier dat je het gevoel hebt dat je alles kan zeggen en vragen. En de service verder is ook goed en snel.

If you are looking for the best Makelaar, Overspaern Makelaardij is the right choice! Since we moved to the Netherlands, we were in contact with many agencies, but Overspaern is simply exceptional.

As expats in new country we were completely lost, when trying to buy a house on this challenging market. They were very helpful with explaining how the property market works. Very patient and helpful, guiding us through various offers, documents and forms.

The contact and responsiveness was AMAZING! No matter what time of the day, we got immediate responses via mobile, mail and phone. They went above and beyond, focusing more on the customer satisfaction than the agreed terms and service limitations. We felt that they are always ready to go an extra mile, to provide even better service than promised.

All of that created an atmosphere of trust and confidence, that made this difficult process smooth and less stressful. Their broad network of recommended professionals saved us a lot of time and money. Discount at the notary office, recommended contractors that helped with construction work in the new house, etc. Knowing many selling agents in the area helped a lot too!

Great thanks to Joren and whole his team, that with their hard work provide this amazing service and customer experience. I'll be happy to recommend them to everyone!

Overspaern heeft ons perfect geholpen bij het vinden van ons nieuwe huis en ook de verkoop van ons vorige huis. De communicatie was erg prettig en ze zijn heel goed bereikbaar! Thanks to Joren en het team van overspaern dat wij uiteindelijk na lange tijd zoeken ons nieuwe huis hebben gevonden. Zonder overspaern was dit niet gelukt!
