Sterke punten: My wife and myself own(ed) a property down in Haarlem and have tried to get it sold for the past 6 months.
Unfortunately it seems like the property was not getting the right kind of attention despite being within the city center and circa 15 minutes walking distance to Haarlem's train station.
Worth mentioning, the apt had a generous surface and a car parking permit too.
We got quite negative about the chance to sell the property and felt something was needed to be done differently beside keep lowering the price as advised.
Luckily enough for us, we have decided to avail Overspaern Makelaardij and no better decision was ever made,
within a month the property was sold for a higher price and nearly to current asking price.
I was, and still am, really impressed about the way we have been handled and treated by Joren Bakx who was extremely helpful, supportive and reliable by making himself and his colleagues available to us by returning calls, emails and messages ensuring we knew exactly what the next step would be.
I would be definitely happy to recommend Joren to everyone who would like to sell a property while seeking assistance, clarity and support along the way.

Recent een woning gekocht met ....

Sterke punten: Recent een woning gekocht met behulp van Fizaad! Contact met Fizaad & het personeel op het kantoor liep soepel en snel. De hulp tijdens de bezichtigingen was top. Ook het proces nadat het bod was geaccepteerd tot aan (na) de overdracht, was erg duidelijk en goed uitgelegd . Het was hierdoor voor mij allemaal erg overzichtelijk. Aan te raden!.

You guys need to stop renting ....

Sterke punten: You guys need to stop renting out laan van parijis unit. It is constantly out of heating during the winter for 2yrs and construction works is every single month. When we ask about construction works during the renting (cause we saw one unit in works), Danique told us it's not always but 2 yrs we live here, construction has not stopped for more than a month!? Heating for entire block and hot water has also stopped for at least the third time this winter. Emergency repair line is ALWAYS an hr wait to get to someone. If anyone is still renting from Laan Van Parijs in Haarlem, it is almost unethical. Just look at the google review for Hoen Vastgoedbeheer that owns the units!

Edit: better the review as they've reached out and were respectful and understanding. Yes there is nothing much that the makelaars can do but I would use this review to warn potential buyers of Laan Van Parijs, and the years of ongoing construction. This is not a family friendly apartment, better for singles or all adults working/schooling kind of family..

Sterke punten: Fijn om met ze samen te werken. Allemaal servicegerichte medewerkers. Goede en prettige communicatie met Fizaad en al zijn collega’s. Als ik ooit weer ga verhuizen (hopelijk voorlopig even niet ;-)) zal ik ze zeker weer benaderen..

Sterke punten: De makelaar was goed bereikbaar en heeft ons op zeer deskundige wijze geadviseerd bij de aankoop van ons huis..
