Vanaf het begin van het aankoop/verkoopproces werd adequaat gehandeld. De aankoop van mijn nieuwe woning ging vlot en ter zake kundig. De verkoop van mijn woning was enerverend. De eerste koper kon niet aan zijn verplichtingen voldoen. Daarom moest de woning opnieuw in de verkoop gezet worden. Een tweede potentionele koper had vele vragen die adequaat beantwoord werden. Toch heeft hij zich om onduidelijke redenen uiteindelijk terug getrokken. Driemaal is scheepsrecht. Met de derde koper is uiteindelijk een overeenkomst tot stand gekomen. Het heeft enige tijd gevraagd om een verkoop te realiseren maar van minder belangstelling om mijn woning te verkopen was bij de makelaar geen sprake. Al met al ben ik zeer tevreden over de inzet en begeleiding van mijn makelaar. Ik zou deze makelaar zeker aanraden als mij dat gevraagd werd.

Alles verliep soepel en duidelijk, hele fijne begeleiding in zowel het aanlooptraject naar de verkoop toe als tussentijds op de hoogte gehouden worden. Wij zijn heel blij met Overspaern. Ook het verkooptraject zelf verliep spoedig en zonder het team was het nooit voor een mooie prijs verkocht.

Several hours after posting this review, Overspaern company owner Jeroen saw the comment and contacted me. He explained and offered to cover the cancellation cost of the inspection. Respect to the man who tried to follow up the business even during holiday. At the end the issue was resolved as how it should be. I am not happy but at least less angry. So changed the score from 1 start to 3 stars.

I had terrible experience with them. They shew mercenary behavior and have no work ethic or character.
They are the selling agent of a house I wanted to buy. We reached an agreement of the conditions. One day later, they said another candidate made a similar bid and asked me to do the final round of bidding. I did not change my bid but it still got accepted. I should have realised that is big red flag at that moment.
Their condition is that I will do technical inspection before signing the contract and they urged to schedule it as soon as possible. A draft contract was prepared. Before the technical inspection, they called me that another candidate made a higher offer, and asked me to make a new offer. I told them they broke the deal and I refused to continuous join new bidding rounds. But the technical inspection company has a cancellation fee. I have asked them to cover the cost as it was caused by their breach of agreement. This is their reply :
"It is annoying that cancellation costs are charged. I would assume that if you cancel in time, this would be completely without obligation. Apparently, they applies different rules. We cannot do anything about this.
My client received a better proposal. We gave you the opportunity to also make an improved proposal. You did not use this.
Hopefully you will work it out well. "

Persoonlijke aandacht en uitstekende kennis van de markt hebben ervoor gezorgd dat onze woning snel verkocht is. Joren en de rest van team Overspaern ontzettend bedankt voor de goede zorgen en fijne communicatie. Echt een aanrader!
