Our property manager was Sande....

Sterke punten: Our property manager was Sander, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. Having rented through several landlords and property managers in the past, this was the poorest level of service we have encountered.

Throughout our tenancy, we experienced repeated communication issues, frequent rescheduling of appointments, and regular delays to scheduled meetings. Responses were often difficult to obtain, which made resolving even routine matters unnecessarily challenging.

The situation became particularly frustrating after we informed him, two months before the end of our tenancy, that we did not intend to renew our rental contract. From that point onward, communication became extremely limited despite multiple attempts to reach him. We also contacted the main office for assistance, but our concerns were not adequately addressed.

What made the experience even more disappointing was our understanding that he is a co-owner of the company, which left us feeling that there was little opportunity to escalate or resolve the issues we were experiencing.

Based on our experience, the lack of communication, responsiveness, and reliability created significant confusion and frustration. If I were a landlord, I would have concerns about this level of property management, as it could negatively affect the tenant experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to improvements for future tenants..

Amazing experience with Relo M....

Sterke punten: Amazing experience with Relo Makelaars. Had to find a home in 30 days coming from outside the Netherlands and they found my dream apartment and in very good neighborhood. They are always eager to help with all of your questions and try to highlight even the tiniest of details. 5/5 would definitely consult again if I need housing assistance..

Sterke punten: Nou je zou bijna niet geloven als ik jullie vertel dat Wilma en haar team binnen 1 week mij aan een huis heeft geholpen. Een vervelende tijd achter de rug en moest even op vakantie niet wetende of ik nou een huis zou hebben als ik terug was en daar was Wilma en haar team . Ze hebben ongelofelijk veel vertrouwen in ons gestopt als 22 en 23 jarige stel. Daar kunnen meerdere makelaars wat van leren .Top team en wat is Wilma toch een top vrouw ! .
