Smit and Heinen are simply the best !! I had a great experience working with them to sell my apartment. Extremely professional. Especially my agent - Michel Hassing was exceptional. Every single question or concern of mine was addressed promptly - by phone, email or message. He was always very specific and always explained all options and gave me advice based on his vast experience. Thanks to his valuable advice that I could make the right decisions. He has gone over and beyond, in my opinion, to ensure my house is sold in the best possible way. And I am very grateful to him and the agency for their support. Selling or buying a house can be a stressful experience and I have had difficult realtors in the past. This time however, my entire experience was so smooth. Even with multiple offers and in this crazy market, you need the right guidance and thankfully I had them with me. I cannot recommend them enough. Wish you all the very best :)
