Every single question or concern of mine was addressed promptly - by phone, email or message. He was always very specific and always explained all options and gave me advice based on his vast experience. Thanks to his valuable advice that I could make the right decisions. He has gone over and beyond, in my opinion, to ensure my house is sold in the best possible way. And I am very grateful to him and the agency for their support. Selling or buying a house can be a stressful experience and I have had difficult realtors in the past. This time however, my entire experience was so smooth. Sterke punten: Unclear / hidden fees My short experience with them wasn't the best, and I wasted some time because of that. I was looking for a purchase broker, so I reached out to them to understand if they can help and on which rate. The reviews here and on funda seemed positive. I've asked through the email the fee structure twice, and they couldn't provide it to me before meeting in person. I went to their office as they asked, I explained what I was looking for. To my surprise, I couldn't get a price even then (their process says they'll send it by e-mail / mail later, so they stick to it). In the end they were clear and said very quickly after the meeting that they cannot help me, and they provided reasons for that: - I was interested in help with bidding for a property I found (but came too later to the party) => super valid (my fault) - the broker was going to holiday next week.
