Coming from abroad we were difficult clients, not sure what the market would bring. The real-estate agent stepped in to allay our fears. He helped navigate the complexities of dutch property market. He quickly ascertained our requirements and then with patience and tenacity, his knowledge of the property market and experience in the building trade secured our confidence in him. He was the man. We visited many homes and at difficult and frustrating points he steered us away from the 'wrong' type of properties. On finding a property he established its value, negotiated a good and fair price for all.
During the processing of the sale, he arranged a smooth and successful conclusion.

In een moeilijke woning markt heeft hij voor ons geweldig meegedacht en onderhandeld. Zonder Thomas was het nooit gelukt!

Het contact met de aankoopmakelaar was heel fijn Hij luisterde goed en begreep onze wensen. Je kan makkelijk met hem praten en hij is goed bereikbaar. Bij bezichtigingen gaf hij duidelijk aan wat de situatie was : wat moet worden vernieuwd en ongeveer hoeveel dat zou gaan kosten. Verder is hij een goede Onderhandelaar en heeft hij toch de prijs fors naar beneden kunnen drukken.
