Coming from abroad we were difficult clients, not sure what the market would bring. Thomas stepped in to allay our fears. He helped navigate the complexities of dutch property market. He quickly ascertained our requirements and then with patience and tenacity, his knowledge of the property market and experience in the building trade secured our confidence in him. He was the man. We visited many homes and at difficult and frustrating points he steered us away from the 'wrong' type of properties. On finding a property he established its value, negotiated a good and fair price for all. During the processing of the sale, he arranged a smooth and successful conclusion.
