Being an expat in the Netherlands, I was wondering whether I could buy a house within a year of moving to this country. The task itself looked very daunting especially when you have no idea about the market. I just started with one firm decision i.e., to Buy a house (as I found renting was bit expensive). This comes from the vast experience that he has and also his insights on the housing market in Rotterdam is really deep. The one thing I really liked about the agent is that he communicates very clearly and puts across all the possible points that needs to be considered before making any decision which I felt was very helpful in our case. Not to forget the back end team was also very thoughtful by sharing all the timely updates and the supporting with the documentation part. I also opted for the financial advisory with them so basically they literally walk along with you in your journey to buy your dream home.
