Joris and team has been great with our search. They were there to answer all our questions and guide us through the process so that we do not overbid any house more than its value. Its a challenge to buy home in Utrecht, esp. for expats, but they kept us sane throughout the process and told all pros and cons of the house. Joris has also been really supportive, ever since we reached out to him for a targeted purchase. I would recommend highly them. They would make the house searching process more organised amidst the chaos that it is!
