We started our search for a home a year before meeting Thomas. When we first met for an introduction, he was extremely transparent, clear and honest about the home market and how he could assist us in navigating through these unchartered waters. To start our search, he asked for us to send him some examples of our most ideal home and we sent him one which was above our budget. He gave us persuasive motivations and his confidence that he could help us get this house for within our budget was. Soon after, we completed the home purchase (indeed below asking price) and he was with us at every meeting - viewings, inspection, notary and never got distracted. Thomas was always punctual, responsive (even on his holiday), approachable and professional.
