I would like to thank the team of Van Arendonk Makelaardij. This was the first experience of selling house for me and with a great support we’ve got it went smooth. It was quite a marathon first to prepare the house for pictures and then for visits considering our family with 3 kids and 3 animals. But we received clear instructions on how and what should be prepared which helped us to go through this without too much hussle. Besides the visits were also planned so convenient (on the same date one after another) that we had to do all preparation only one time. I would also like to note the “personal touch” of the team to our house and surroundings. They took time to look at house, rooms, small details (which we don’t notice anymore but which might be important for potential buyers), garden, trees, nature around and even history and social life of the place to be able to create a very personal story of the house to be published on funds and also the book that every buyer would receive after visit. Resuming all above I would recommend the team of Van Arendonk Makelaardij if you would like to sell your house and trust this matter to professionals who know their business.
