We couldn’t be happier with the service provided to purchase an apartment in Rotterdam. At each visit, the property was inspected thoroughly, and we received honest feedback and a clear view of how it compared to the market. It always felt like they were acting in our best interests. We received all the support we needed and more at every stage, from the first viewing to the final notary appointment. The team is professional and expat-friendly, and their response time is exceptional. I also observed that the company has a good reputation among peers and professional relationships with other agencies. We were lucky to work mostly with Dimitry van Kleef himself; he’s a great professional with an excellent eye for detail, direct and understanding. He knows various neighborhoods and the state of properties there. He also helped us get a good deal.
