As a foreigner buying a house in the Netherlands, it's important to find a good and reliable house agent to help you with all the complicated procedures, and I regard Van Kleef as a capable one which I would highly recommend. From the beginning until the end of the whole process, Van Kleef has given me the feeling of being very professional and helpful. Dimitri is a very experienced house agent. He gave me quite some advice on choosing and bidding the property in the very difficult market. He also supported a lot on negotiating and eventually and eventually helped me to get my ideal apartment. The communication is also good with in-time response, and with no difficulties to communicate in English. Highly recommend, and thank you Dimitri for everything you've done!
