We are extremely happy working with Dimitri and his team. They were very helpful in finding the perfect house for us, always making time to talk via calls, email or meetings. Their advice is honest and they always have the best interest of their clients upfront so couldn't be happier. They are also well connected and know the market very well, which is very handy when looking for a house. Also, as a foreigner, they were able to provide all the assistance English and simple translation of important documents when needed, so I definetly recommend Van Kleef.
