I had great difficulty finding an agent who would be truly helpful and responsive in Rotterdam. Things took a rapid turn for the better when I found Greet, who was the kind of professional I had almost given up on finding. As a foreigner and new to the city, it was vitally important for me to have a bit of extra assistance, and Greet was there every step of the way. Since my purchase she has graciously been available for follow-up concerns. Highest recommendation.
