Van Kleef is a very experienced professional real estate adviser in both negotiation and real estate inspection. We have engaged Dimitri, the senior adviser of van Kleef as our real estate purchase adviser. He helped us win the bid and facilitated a good communication with the seller. Also, he is always standing by to answer our questions in the procedure, which is really helpful for us. The only problem is that sometimes we may have to wait a couple of hours before he could respond us (probably he is too busy). But it is not a big problem, since all the questions are answered in the end. We are happy to engage van Kleef as our adviser.
