Sterke punten: Michael heeft ons geholpen met de aankoop van van ons huis. In de onderhandelingen was Michael sterk en ook in het regelen van bezichtigingen was hij erg behulpzaam. Wij vonden het vooral erg prettig dat hij de juiste prijs voor ons wilde behalen, in plaats van zo snel mogelijk een deal regelen.

Zonder hem hadden wij dit mooie huis niet kunnen krijgen!.

When Michael couldn't be there in person I visited flats with Lody an Diederick and it quickly became clear that the whole team worked well together to find me my home. During the process, they checked in frequently to make sure we're all still on the same page.

When it came to viewings, Yourhome not only looked at the actual home, but also the building and the neighborhood in which the home was located. The team didn't hesitatee to inform me about any downsides to certain viewings which I really appreciated and allowed me to make a really targeted offer. During the entire search, it was clear that Yourhome wanted to help me with a home that suited me, and not necessarily the first one that became available.

I left the bidding process completely in Michael's hands, with the result that I only made an offer for one property, which was quickly accepted..
