This agency sold my property on lower than expected price. I asked the Maaklerij to handle a difficult sale with two owners. I was not treated with any respect. Notary that has my passport copy was chosen before signing and I was excluded from signing sale paperwork of my home. Also applied 50 000 fine if I would not agree to his super fast sale in 2weeks. I was promised that the agency will find me a place to rent but now I am without housing

Hi Anna, We both know you review is missing a lot off important information. One key factor your missing is that we were appointed by the court to handle the sale, as you weren’t corperating with your ex-partner. We did a great job on selling the house and made a great price. The way you dealt the situation was very poor. This review is completely out off place if you ask me.

Happy to share this experience and recommend it to anyone who is looking to buy a house in Amsterdam. It can be very stressful, and difficult in this market, but I worked with a team who supported me every step on the way, making everything clear and smooth. Being an english speaker was never a problem!

In every step and decision I felt supported and well informed, they helped me go through all documents with very tight deadlines, they were always responsive!
