I felt at ease from the initial conversation I had with Lody about what I was looking for. We focused not only on practicalities but also my wishes ie. must-haves vs. nice-to-haves. They also made an effort to get to know me and find a way to work together well. It was so clear from that point how knowledgeable YourHome were about what was realistic and how they could make my house search and buying process much more streamlined. Took out the stress of arranging viewings and attended with me in person, which gives you confidence if you are unfamiliar with the local market. Always very responsive and calm especially at crucial moments during the negotiations. Felt like I could always ask questions and rely on a well-informed response. Would recommend as a trusted right hand during your house search.
