Sterke punten: Voor mij geen positieve ervaring na het eerste telefonisch contact.
Ik belde om een afspraak te maken voor een bezichtiging, kreeg ik als antwoord of ik het even op mail wilde zetten, dan zouden ze later contact opnemen.
Sorry maar dit heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt met een makelaar, bel je om een pand van ruim een miljoen te mogen bezichtigen, moet je maar een een mailtje sturen. Wij hebben ondertussen iets anders gevonden en het bewuste object staat nog steeds te koop. Hier wil je als verkoper toch niet aan denken dat de makelaar zo met potentiele kopers van jouw pand omgaat..

Sterke punten: Wij zijn ontzettend blij met de hulp van René bij het vinden van ons prachtige appartement. Vanaf het eerste moment voelde het heel vertrouwd: hij is spontaan, gezellig en straalt veel enthousiasme uit. Wat ons vooral opviel, is dat René écht aanvoelt wat je zoekt en altijd de tijd neemt om mee te denken. Het voelde bijna alsof we met een familielid op pad waren. Sterke punten: Snelle verkoop en super begeleiding gehad. Renée houdt zich aan zijn afspraken en is ook nog ontzettend leuk! De dames op kantoor zijn ook erg betrokken en de koffie is heerlijk! Bedankt voor ons droomhuis( in wording). .
