Michelle was excellent in understanding what I was looking for and how important it was for me to find something in my budget. She very carefully filtered our options based on my preferences. The communication went very smoothly. She went to the viewings when I couldn't because of work and made sure to check all the documents very thoroughly. She was expert in maintaining my interests in front of the selling agents and negotiating the best deal for me. I would really recommend Dupont real estate agency for their transparency, transaction, communication and swift responses!! Especially as an expat! I am very glad I worked with her on achieving this milestone of buying my first home!
