We met Keizerskroon Makelaars' agent Coco at a viewing we were not terribly interested in. Though she didn't sell us that house, she (unknowingly to her) sold herself to us. She was clearly very well read up on the house, but what stuck out to us was how it was clear she had a fundamental understanding of what her client wanted. As such, we decided to engage her as our makelaar. Coco - and Keizerskroon Makelaars - were incredibly helpful in guiding us towards houses that met our very specific desires. She was proactive in sending us places that met our criteria, and provided much appreciated feedback on the houses we sent her. During visitations she was kindly vigilant and critical, especially taking into account what we were seeking. If we found places we were interested in, she was incredibly helpful within the bidding process. And other than just being an incredibly good agent, she was also a joy to have as an addition to "our team" while looking for a place. We would highly recommend Keizerskroon and Coco.
