I really like that Hans is abl...

I really like that Hans is able to accommodate me in providing the service to me in English upon request. Other than the purchase agreement, everything was done in English, which really helped me as me not being a native Dutch speaker. On top of that, Hans always made himself available and was transparent throughout the whole process. I contacted half a dozen real estate agents before I settled with Hans. I really liked the fact that I never felt pressured to providing any information at the beginning of our orientation and he was up front with the commission structure. This is unlike other real estate agents that I was getting in touch with where they would right away want to know the address of my property and right away want to lock me down in a meeting when I was not ready to do so. In conclusion, Hans makes a great real estate agent, and I am happy with the outcome of the sale of my property.
