Despite a seemingly never-ending search, they were always very lovely, supportive and quick to respond to requests for visits to houses. During visits, they were very knowledgeable in terms of what to look out for - remaining critical helped me avoid buying something out of panic and desperation. After almost a year of searching, they managed to help me get my nose in front with good advice and support throughout the bidding process. During the financing process, they offered great support as well and also with the last bits and bobs until I can now finally move in. All in all, my impression is that they know the market well, are well-connected and knowledgeable, paired with a very lovely personal touch and a lot of personal effort.

Joren and Overspaern Makelaardij team had helped and guided us through every little step of our journey of buying this house. We initially did not feel the need to go with a buyer's agent due to bad experiences in the past, but having them was one of the best decisions we made. Joren is extremely talented and patient. He has the knowledge and skills in this industry. We were comfortable and trusted him with his opinions and advices. The team was reachable and ready to answer all our questions, or requests to million viewings before we found the one. You can definitely sense the strong family business running in the company. It gives you that "homey" feeling. Definitely worth it; very highly recommended.
