Was able to buy an apartment after 1,5 year of looking at places - Netherlands market. For first 3 months agents didn't explain quite well how bidding works but after we asked, they explained everything and helped with things. Eventually we were able to get a place but with overbid of 10k. So help with placing a bid to not overpay there was 0 help, even they assured that evaluation will cover 100% of the bid price.
