I had the pleasure to have Fizaad support my search, viewings, and Overspaern did a great job in helping me make a reasonable bid that I am very happy with. Fizaad is also very good at identifying issues with the building that I would have missed, and he was able to support in the purchase timeline management to ensure all legal requirements could be met and resolved on time.
