Goede ervaringen met Smit en Heinen. Kunnen snel schakelen, denken mee en zijn flexibel. Zo hadden we tijdens de verkoop van onze woning ook bezichtigingen in het weekend en een keer sā-avonds.

We found Smit and Heinen makelaars very good. They were recommended by a friend, and we worked with a few different agents, but mainly in the end Hein. We found him to be proactive, knowledgeable, helpful, and were always able to contact him or a colleague to get advice as we were looking. In the end, we got a great place, for less than asking (in this market!!), that we are very happy with. Hein even helped us find out about getting a roof terrace put onto our new place (the chances that we will be able to, processes with the VVE) and can recommend consultants in our renovation process (If we need it). So yes we were very happy with them and him - thank you.

Het contact met Smit & Heinen Makelaars tijdens het gehele proces als uiterst prettig ervaren. In alle opzichten professioneel, deskundig en betrokken. Ik kan Smit & Heinen Makelaars iedereen aanbevelen.

I moved to Amsterdam from Finland, and looked for houses on funda. We hired a Hein Voortman from Smit & Heinen Makelaars en Taxateurs, because of a recommendation from a Dutchman living in Finland. Only after hiring him, we realised that the purchase of this house would have been impossible without the help. Communication was available at all times and the expertise helped us a lot. This was clearly a special case, since we had to handle the purchase from another country but everything worked out great. I have already recommended their services.
