Hein, from the Smit & Heinen team, was fantastic from start to finish, and we were very difficult customers! We had to unexpectedly move away from Amsterdam, so we did most things remotely, and there was never a hitch. Hein knows the market inside out and his advice was always considered and more importantly, honest. Hein not only provided us with the 'normal' range of Makelar services, but also; finding the appropriate company to temporarily 'dress' the house, key cutting, plumbing, boiler repairs and at times, some counselling. Not much ruffles Hein and he always tries to find the best and lowest cost solution. I would whole heartedly recommend him. I hope he moves to London one day so I can use him here.

Heel prettig contact gehad met Michel Hassing van Smit&Heinen. Heel behulpzaam gedurende het hele proces en beantwoord vragen goed en duidelijk. Goede schakel tussen mijzelf en andere betrokken partijen. Ik had geen betere service kunnen wensen!
