Al een aantal jaar gebruiken wij Makelaarshuis Zaanstad voor de verhuur van onze woningen in Amsterdam.
Ruud en Chanel zijn erg professioneel en naast goed advies gaat de verhuur ook erg snel.
Ze hebben 2 maanden geleden in 2 weken tijd 2 woningen voor ons verhuurd.
Alle huurders zijn serieuze mensen omdat ze zorgvuldig uitgekozen worden.
Wij verhuren al lange tijd en hebben nog nooit zo een goed makelaars kantoor getroffen.

在短時間內為我找到房子並入住，雖然過程中偶爾會聯繫不到人，但整體還是很順利。

5月中來到荷蘭,Chanel很幫忙的在6月中找到房子,雖然8/1才能入住,但在很熱的租房市中能找到合適的房子,真的很開心。Chanel很厲害都可以預約到看房,一起看房子的時候也會幫忙注意一下小細節。同事之前找房子也是透過Chanel幫忙,同事都很推薦/稱讚她。

Initially I was very happy with the provider. Only later to be cheated out of the refund due to me by the owner. I understand that Makelaarhuis is paid by the owner of the unit, and there in lies the problem. You will hear words like, "here in the Netherlands this is how we do things." Totally inaccurate statement. Get to know your rights and work within the rules of the country, and not the words of the letting agent.
