Sterke punten: Ik kan Ruud Smit als huur/verhuur makelaar in Groot Amsterdam van harte aanbevelen. Niets bladiebla maar gewoon het vak verstaan, duidelijkheid en afspraken nakomen. Nu al voor de 3e keer een snelle en succesvolle zaak afgerond. Onnodig om ergens anders te gaan winkelen, wel zo makkelijk!.

Sterke punten: I wasn't sure I needed Ruud's services when we moved the family from California to Amsterdam a few weeks ago. I figured that Funda searches and an English-friendly market would make it easy to find something from abroad.

That changed when I came to Amsterdam for a week to find a place. Ruud not only took care of the appointments — finding some new apartments not yet on the market — he served as an ally and confidante. Within a day he knew my preferences and needs, and tailored the search to suit them.

We found an amazing apartment and Ruud calmly negotiated the price down, and advocated on our behalf.

I can't recommend Makelaarshuis Zaanstad's services highly enough. Now we can focus on the important things, like schools and finding our rhythm in this new and lovely city..

Sterke punten: Chanel helped my boyfriend and I find the perfect apartment ! She was super helpful, and listened to all our requirements and wishes patiently. The Amsterdam market is crazy, but Chanel was persistent and helpful all throughout :) She never gave up on the search, and made sure to lift us up when we were losing hope ! Very professional, and she went above and beyond to help us find our new home. After finding the home, we also got help to set up the utilities.

In a nutshell - fabulous & friendly experience, highly recommended if you want to get the perfect apartment.

Sterke punten: Wij hebben voor Makelaarshuis Amsterdam-Zaanstad gekozen voor de verhuur van onze woning. Voor ons was dit de eerste keer dus best spannend. De begeleiding in dit traject was van A tot Z tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Heldere communicatie, uitgebreide intake waarbij goed werd gekeken naar onze wensen m.b.t. de potentiële huurders, de prijsstelling en advies omtrent de contractvorm. De foto's en video's waren prachtig in kaart gebracht. Tot slot de nazorg, even die laatste check nog, gewoon super.
