He was full of great advice, local knowledge and tips that we would never have thought of. Sterke punten: After a couple of months of searching for an apartment with my partner I've managed to get in touch with Chanel from Makelaarshuis Amsterdam. This was especially hard for us as we weren't in NL at the time because we were relocating.
Chanel was super helpful with finding us an apartment within a week or two. The apartment is superb, at a great location, within the market value.
So big ups to Chanel and other agents at Makelaarshuis Amsterdam, will definitely go with them again..

Sterke punten: Such a great experience that it was having worked with Ruud Smit from Makelaarshuis Amsterdam - Zaanstad. Me and my partner were very worried that maybe it would take a lot of time to find the right apartment, but within one week of search we add signed the rental agreement. Ruud was very helpful and professional along the way, and quickly replied to all of our questions. Couldn't recommend him enough!.

Sterke punten: Before i move to Amsterdam, i contacted with Makelaarshuis Amsterdam - Zaanstad (Chanel & Ruud). This is real challenge to find an apartment in Amsterdam. They sent me few links, i chosed and they showed me via video call. After 10 days later when i arrived to Amsterdam, i had an apartment.

It was like asking a friend for advice, but one that has true knowledge! Pictures and video where done for free and looked just beautiful! He was very helpful for whatever questions or concerns I had, even helped hold a parking spot for moving! Nothing but good things to say! Definitely would recommend him!
