Sterke punten: Dingena is vlot en natuurlijk in haar werk. Ze besprak duidelijk hoe alles ging verlopen. Ze gaf een helder advies over de markt en wat dit voor ons huis betekende. Uiteindelijk is ons huis snel verkocht en nog boven de prijs. Wij zijn zeer tevreden en wensen hun veel succes. Als feedback wil ik graag meegeven om uitsluitend één contactpersoon vanuit wooncoach te houden om miscommunicatie te voorkomen. (Een tip voor mensen die op zoek zijn: Wooncoach rekent de laagste courtage uit deze regio.).

Sterke punten: Wooncoach found a terrific apartment for us in the Hague. My review is limited to Wooncoach in the Hague as I have not used another wooncoach office. We loved it and rented it for five years. Unfortunately, I must leave it only one star because they treated us so poorly when we moved out. Please, when you move out of a wooncoach apartment request a pre-inspection check-out report to be signed by you and a representative of wooncoach. This is really important. We didn't know about it as we are expats living in the Hague and we didn't know the ins and outs of Dutch landlord tenant law. Our agent was very aware of our expat status and it seems clear that he took advantage of it. Not only did we lose our security deposit over 2000 euros. We had to pay wooncoach over 700 euros in addition to that for fixing up the apartment. We agreed with the wooncoach agent that we should pay for the wall repainting, and for taking off the baby proofing, but not for the rest. He claimed he was very fair but it was fairness that he had determined for himself and was never discussed with us. Instead of trying to find an agreement, he claimed he would send a bailiff to our employers to make us pay the rest of the bill, after we had paid the agreed half we thought was just. He never sent us proof of starting legal proceedings against us. Was it just scare tactics ? We don't know. So please ask for a pre-inspection check out report to cover yourselves and to avoid these disputes..

Sterke punten: Zeer vriendelijke makelaar! Alles is echt ontzettend snel geregeld. Het contact verliep erg soepel en niets was te veel gevraagd voor de medewerkers van Wooncoach. .
